In short
- Five companies process personal data for JaiTalk, on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
- Hosting, backups and translation are in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Speech recognition and the AI voice run in India today; we plan to move them to Europe.
- We update this list and tell you in the app before any change.

For data in the United States, Amazon, Microsoft, LiveKit, Clerk and Google are also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. We checked the official list on 13 October 2026.
Sign-in providers
If you sign in with Google, Facebook (Meta Platforms) or LINE (LY Corporation), that company is an independent controller under its own privacy policy, not our processor. It tells Clerk who you are and never receives your conversations.
Changes
We use no analytics, advertising, error-tracking, email or payment service. Before paid plans go on sale, we will add the payment provider here. Before adding a processor or changing where one works, we update this page and the Privacy Notice. To object, email patryk@btlabs.co.uk; you can also delete your account at any time.
